Every now and then the twitter user Matt Cummings (@EiffelArt) holds little challenges dubbed ArtAlongs. They post a reference photo, which is the inspiration, or base, for a drawing and invites anyone who sees the post to join in and create their own versions. This was my contribution to the ArtAlong which ended ont he 15th of July 2018, though I took the liberty to allow myself to change up the colours a bit more.
My focus here was mostly the textures, but also the general shapes. I’m also pleased that I was able to incorporate my limited colour palette, and in this one I used even less colours than I usually allowed myself.
