White nosed coati

A happy nose bear making its way through the forest, painted digitally with a limited colour palette of browns, dark blue, green and orange.

The coati is also known as a nose bear, usually found in South America and Middle America, are actually related to raccoons. They’re quite small, but can measure 110cm from nose to tail. I had no idea these animals existed, but thanks to my followers who suggested these kind of animals I am learning more and more.

This image was of a series of paintings where my followers on Instagram and supporters on Patreon suggested animals for me to draw.
