Macaws are beautiful birds and come in a variety of colours, but I was asked to draw the blue and yellow macaw, which confusingly enough is also know as the blue and gold macaw. These birds are come from Central America. There are also a small breeding population stemming from introduced birds in Puerto Rico and Miami.
