The Blue Lagoon, Iceland

Black volcanic rocks line the milky blue water, and a bridge is crossing one of the pools, allowing visitors to move around the lagoon.

The Blue Lagoon is geothermal spa in Iceland. Its name comes from the colour of the water, which is a milky blue. While ”lagoon” makes it seem as though this would be a naturally occurring, this one is man-made where the water is a byproduct from a nearby geothermal power plant.
